For airport arrival transfers, the waiting time will be calculated as a maximum of 1.5 hours from the arrival of the plane.
It may also vary according to the availability of the vehicle when contacting the guest.
Airport return transfer is available for 15 minutes from the departure time of the guests.
For airport return transfers, guests may be expected to wait 15 minutes from the designated time.
Cancellation requests received before the last 12 hours, cancellation requests after this period will be charged by the system as No Show.
Change requests are approved within 12 hours.
